General Info
Lake Doster is a semi-private
golf club. We offer single, husband-wife, or family memberships. Even
being semi-private, we always welcome public golfers and make them feel
like members. Some of the services we offer are a fully stocked golf
shop, handicap services, lessons, range balls and a practice putting
green. Whether it is a golf outing, a group of 24, or just a foursome,
our staff at Lake Doster will do everything they can to make your
golfing experience enjoyable.

Pro's Tips
Long Putts or "LAG" Putts
If you are having problems with long or "lag" putts, remember these 2 simple rules:
- You generally are not trying to make or hole a 40-footer. Visualize a 2–3 foot circle to try to get your first putt into. That will make it easier to two-putt from these distances.
- Make sure your hands are ahead of the ball when striking a long putt. This will ensure the ball will roll "true" with very few bumps, which will allow you to be more consistent getting the ball to the hole.
