General Info

Come see why at Lake Doster we say we have the perfect setting. We can accommodate wedding receptions, golf outings, rehearsal dinners, or retirement parties. We can offer you different room set-ups, work with you to set up the right menu, and made sure all details are done right.

We have an excellent clubhouse facility in a scenic setting. We can accommodate up to 250 people.

Bar Services
COCKTAILS AND BEVERAGES
CASH BAR
Guests will individually purchase their own drinks on a cash basis at our standard drink prices. A professional bartender is provided. Bar totals must reach $100, or else a $25 bartender fee will be assessed.
SEMI-HOST BAR
Host provides draft beer, wine and fountain pop. All other cocktails and beverages are on a cash basis.
WELL BAR
Host provides well liquor, draft beer, wine and fountain pop. All other cocktails and beverages are on a cash basis.
HOST BAR OR OPEN BAR
The host of the group pays for all drinks for the guests. All drinks are kept track of on a tab and paid for at the end of the function.

Policies and Liabilities

1 We must have an exact count of those being served at least three business days prior to the day of your event. You will be charged for that count. Sorry, no exceptions.  
2 A 6 percent sales tax and 18 percent service charge will be applied to all food and beverage charges.  
3 A room charge is required to confirm your banquet/reception.
4 Evening banquet/receptions may start no earlier than 3:00 pm.
5 No decorations can be pinned, thumbtacked, glued or attached to walls, ceilings, floors or furnishings. However, decorations may be taped or pinned to tablecloths.  
6 The main dining room is smoke-free. Smoking is permitted in the lounge or outside on the patio.
7 Entertainers contracted to perform for your occasion must contact the manager before your scheduled event.  
8 The banquet room must be vacated by 1:00 a.m. unless previous arrangements have been made with the management.  
9 Lake Doster Golf Club cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen articles.  
10 In accordance with state health policies, any prepared food left over from your banquet may not be taken from the facility.  
11 Lake Doster will be glad to provide tailored menus. If you have a special menu or theme party, please ask our banquet coordinator for more information.  
12 A deposit of 25 percent of the estimated cost for functions is due 90 days before said function with the balance to be paid on the day of the event unless arrangements have been made in advance.
13 Prices are subject to change without prior notice unless a contract is signed.  
14 Weddings can be done onsite both inside and outside. There is an additional set-up fee for onsite weddings to be determined by size and time.
